These yummy scones take a combination of several different gluten free flours to make and combine to produce a texture that is a little nutty even before the walnuts are added. Just when you think you can’t eat any more, one of these little guys will tempt you. I mean - they’re only mini scones, after all….
Can be enjoyed in any way you choose but we find nothing quite compares to the warmth and flavour you get from popping them in the oven for a few minutes.
Portion: each mini scone weighs ~45g
I'm at my best: when just out of the oven, but room temperature will do just fine.
